OLSUG gathers the following information about users:

- Registration screens and online forms. The OLSUG website uses forms so that members can register for OLSUG events or other services we provide. We collect visitors' personal contact information (like name and address) and financial information (like credit card number). Contact information is used for administrative purposes. Users who register for an OLSUG event may receive notification of other upcoming events that may be of interest. Financial information collected is used only to bill the user for products and services ordered.
